Cancellation Policy
Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 72-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). Cancellation notices must be given earlier (one week prior) for some services such as smoothing treatments, color corrections, vivid colors and hair extension services. Cancellation of "per hour" rate services, (color corrections and fashion colors), will be charged a flat fee of $100.Any appointments that are “no-show” will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
